Do you only work with clients in Orihuela Costa?
No. We're based in Orihuela Costa but serve clients across Spain, especially Torrevieja, La Mata, Guardamar, Pilar de la Horadada and Murcia, by phone, video call or e-signature.
I just arrived on the Costa Blanca, can you help even if my Spanish isn't great?
Yes. We have a bilingual English/German advisor and know the recurring issues: NIE, tax residency, importing your no-claims history, second-home insurance.
How long does the comparison take?
Standard cases like home, car, health or life move quickly. Business, retail or unusual cases can take a little longer, since we request specific terms from each insurer. We always give you a realistic timeline.
I have an open claim with another insurer, not yet a LUX client. Can you help?
A first technical read and some pointers, yes, free of charge. To represent you formally we need you to transfer your policy's brokerage to us, a simple procedure with no extra cost.
What if what I need insured is unusual?
Tell us. We work with insurers who specialise in atypical risks, from classic cars to agricultural drones. If we can't cover it, we'll tell you on the first call.
